Cooling‑Off Period: the timeframe during which the customer can cancel an order.

3. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all offers, orders and distance contracts between Narezi and the consumer.

If product-specific terms apply, both sets of terms apply, with priority given to the consumer’s benefit in case of conflict.

Invalid provisions won’t invalidate the entire contract—only that clause will be replaced or disregarded.

5. Conclusion of Agreement

An agreement forms when the consumer accepts the offer per its terms.

An email confirming receipt of the order equalises the agreement.

We ensure data safety and secure payment processes.

We reserve the right to verify payment ability and may refuse orders when justified.

Orders depend on stock availability.

Deliveries are within 30 days unless stated otherwise. In case of delays, the consumer may cancel free of charge.

Refunds following cancellation are issued within 14 days of notification or receipt of the returned item.
6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 30 days after receipt to cancel without giving reasons.

During this period, goods should only be handled to assess their nature.

Withdrawal notice must be sent within 30 days of receipt; goods must be returned within another 30 days.

Consumers cover return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to act within these timeframes confirms acceptance of the purchase.
7. Return Costs & Refunds

Consumers generally bear return shipping costs.

Refunds occur within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of shipment.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
No withdrawal right for products:

Made specifically for the consumer or personalised

Unsealed hygiene-related goods (e.g. swimwear)

Sealed audio/video/software once unsealed

Perishable or bespoke goods

Lotteries, hospitality and travel services

Products linked to financial-market fluctuations

9. Prices

Prices remain fixed during the offer validity, excluding VAT, delivery, and import fees.

Price changes within 3 months only due to legal changes.

After 3 months, price changes require the consumer’s right to terminate the contract.

Delivery is from Ireland; import VAT and charges may apply and be collected by the carrier.

We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
10. Conformity & Warranty

Narezi guarantees that items meet the description, consumer expectations, and legal requirements.

Manufacturer’s warranty does not limit consumer statutory rights.
-
Any defects or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days in original packaging.

Warranty does not cover misuse, general wear or unauthorised alterations.
11. Delivery & Risk

We handle orders with due care.

Delivery goes to the consumer-provided address.
-
We dispatch within 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Delays entitle consumers to cancel and receive refunds within 14 days.

Substitute items carry the same return rights.

Risk shifts to the consumer upon delivery.
12. Long-Term Contracts
Cancellation

Indefinite contracts: cancel anytime with 1 month’s notice.

Fixed-term contracts: cancel at end of term with 1 month’s notice.

Consumers have at-will cancellation and the same notice periods as Narezi.
Automatic Renewal

No automatic renewal for recurring orders, except magazines/newspapers (up to 3 months, with termination rights).

Contracts longer than 1 year may only auto-renew if cancelable any time with 1-month notice.
13. Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of the Cooling‑Off Period start, or upon service confirmation.

Incorrect payment info must be promptly updated.
-
Late payments may incur reasonable charges within legal limits.
14. Complaints

Complaints must be filed within 7 days of issue discovery.
-
We acknowledge complaints within 14 days, with full resolution timeline.
-
Unresolved complaints may go through formal dispute procedures.
-
Valid complaints may result in free repair or replacement.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms and related contracts are governed by Irish law, even for international consumers.
16. CESOP Compliance
In compliance with EU regulations, cross-border payments may be recorded in the Central Electronic System of Payment information (CESOP).
