Returns & Exchange Policy – Narezi Galway

At Narezi, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your item under the conditions outlined below.


Return Period – 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. After this period, we can no longer accept returns.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags still attached.
• Products must be in resalable condition.
 • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required. 


How to Request a Return
1. Email us at support@narezi.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
2.  you’ll receive detailed return instructions and the address of our European fulfillment center.
3. Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Unauthorized returns or packages sent without approval will not be processed.


Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
• All returns are processed via our European fulfillment hub, even for orders placed from Ireland.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
• Contact us within 30 days with clear photos and a brief explanation.
• Once verified, we’ll provide a free return label or offer a replacement/refund without additional costs.


Refund Processing
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If your return doesn’t meet the policy conditions, we may deduct a recovery/restocking fee or decline the refund.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. For other cases, please place a new order after your return has been approved and refunded.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 15 minutes after placing it by emailing support@narezi.com with your order number. After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be canceled.


Missed Deliveries / Uncollected Packages

If your parcel was delivered but not collected or accepted and returned to us:
• Narezi cannot issue a refund, as the delivery was completed.
• Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive your package.


European Fulfillment & Support

All returns are processed through our EU-based fulfillment facility, allowing smoother return handling for customers across Ireland and Europe.
